Good vet that's good with older dogs?

My lab is 11 and starting to slow down. Need a vet who takes their time and doesn't just rush you through. Hermitage area preferred but I'll drive for the right one

Bumping this. Took my lab to a new place last week, was rushed through and they barely looked at her. Still hoping someone has a good vet recommendation in the Hermitage area for an older dog.
