best place to take out of town guests

My college roommate is visiting next month and I want to take her somewhere nice for dinner... somewhere that shows off what the area has to offer. Not too stuffy but a step up from casual. Ideas?

Tara's in Clark is always a special-occasion spot if you haven't been. The drive out there is part of the charm too. If you want something a little more casual but still nice the Iron Bridge in Mercer is a good option.

Tara's in Clark is the right answer if she wants something memorable. We took my in-laws there for our anniversary last year and they're still talking about it.
