Property reassessment... anyone else shocked?

Just got our reassessment notice and I about fell over. It went up a LOT. Are other people seeing this too? I know its been since 1971 but this seems way too high. Has anyone done the informal review yet

Ours went up too and we are not happy about it. My neighbor said there are over 3000 appeals already. I think we are going to do the informal review because what do you have to lose. The number they sent us is just not realistic for our neighborhood.
