Anyone know someone who does rototilling near Mercer?

Getting the garden ready and my husband's tiller finally gave up on us. Does anyone know somebody who does rototilling? We're right in Mercer borough. Also where is everyone getting their plants and soil this year? I used to go to the same place every spring but they closed.
