Where's everyone getting their rhubarb and strawberries right now?

The farmers market had the most beautiful rhubarb on Saturday and I went a little overboard lol. Made a strawberry rhubarb pie that didn't last two days in this house!! Where is everyone else finding good local strawberries this time of year? The ones in the store just aren't the same. And if you've got a go-to recipe please share, I'm always looking for new ways to use it all up before the season's gone.

oh Carol now you've got me wanting pie at 9 in the morning... I do a strawberry rhubarb crisp instead of pie, less fuss and the grandbabies inhale it. For berries I usually hold out for the U-pick to open, nothing beats picking your own. Anybody know if the patches are ready yet this year?

Strawberry rhubarb is the taste of June to me. I've got rhubarb coming out my ears in the garden this year if you ever want some Carol, happy to share! I chop a bunch and freeze it so I have it all winter for muffins.

There's a little stand out toward Mercer that usually has gorgeous strawberries this time of year, I pass it on my Saturday drives. Rhubarb I have a neighbor who can never give it away fast enough, ha. Nothing beats a fresh strawberry rhubarb pie in June.
