Finally got down there for opening weekend!! Couldn't believe how busy it was. So nice to see everyone out and about again. Plenty of vendors already... had asparagus and rhubarb and even some early lettuce. I forgot how much I missed those Saturday mornings downtown. Who else made it down and what did you pick up?
We made it to the second weekend and it was packed. Saw a couple new vendors I didn't recognize and the bread lady from last year is back which made my morning.
Did anyone notice they had live music going? That was new I think. Made the whole walk down Main feel like a little event.
Hooray it's that time of year again. I might pop down this weekend... it's such a nice excuse to walk around downtown Greenville on a Saturday morning. Anybody know if the breakfast cart guy is back this year?

oh I love the farmers market season... I went last Saturday and got the most beautiful asparagus. The strawberries should be coming in any day now too I think!
